Historic Midtown Redevelopment

Consisting of three different properties, the two duplexes and one quad plex, in the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic district of Savannah, GA, were purchased by Chatham Developers in 2017 and completed in 2018 utilizing the GA state and federal tax credit programs

Each property was originally constructed between 1904 and 1906, and now serve as long term rentals, and were the some of the first properties in the area that helped revitalize the surrounding neighborhood.
