The Alley at North Beach

The Bowling Alley and Library at 5 Cedarwood Ave was completed in 1910 within the village area of For Screven on Tybee Island, GA, for use of the soldiers who occupied the nearby Barracks of Tybee Island.

Chatham Developers, LLC purchased the property in 2021, and redeveloped it into a six bedroom short term vacation rental utilizing the Federal and GA State Historic Tax Credit program, by utilizing and preserving existing historic materials, and installing a regulation bowling lane where the historic bowling lanes exisited.
