The Tybee Barracks was constructed in 1910 to house the soldiers of Fort Screven on Tybee Island, GA.

Chatham Developers purchased the property in 2017, and converted it into 6 short term vacation rental units by utilizing the federal and GA state historic tax credit program, and preserving all of its historic fabric.
